Gibraltar is located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, east of the Bay of Algeciras, and extends over the geological formation of the Rock of Gibraltar, a peninsula that dominates the northern shore of the strait, connecting the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It has a population of 30,000 inhabitants in an area of less than 7 km², with an economy based on the service sector, mainly as a financial and tourist center and free port.
As we are a British Colony we have to cross a border so please bring the necessary documentation.
Free time in Gibraltar to enjoy “Main Street” the shopping and leisure street.
From the Coach Park we will drive through the center of the city with explanations from the driver-guide of the most relevant places such as: Europa Point to take pictures and admire the views, from here you can climb the Rock and visit The Caves of San Miguelas well as the monkey enclosure (remember that these Macaques were the first inhabitants of Gibraltar and move freely around the Rock, usually seen during the visit). After the visit, the tour concludes onMain Street, a shopping and entertainment street.
Our guide will tell you the departure time of the Dolphin Safari boat for a dolphin watching tour of the bay. We will depart from the Gibraltar Marina in search of large bands of dolphins in open sea to learn about this fascinating world of cetaceans. After an hour and a half sailing we will return to the port of Gibraltar, where you can enjoy some free time for shopping (on some occasions the free time could be before the sailing) until the time indicated by our guide.
