At the indicated time pick up at different points of the Costa del Sol to go to the village of Ardales. Upon arrival, free time of about an hour to discover this village of Roman origin where the interpretation center of Prehistory is located and to have a typical breakfast of the area if you wish.
At 11:30, the local guide will take us to start the walking tour of the Caminito del Rey, built in 1921 to commemorate the visit of King Alfonso XIII of Spain. From there we will be able to see the impressive natural enclave that lies between the Sierra de Almarchón and the Garganta de los Gaitanes, crossed by the Guadalhorce River.
The route is approximately 7 kilometres long, 3 of which are walking across a suspension bridge over 100 metres high and built between the walls of the gorge.
Once the tour is finished, we will return to the Costa del Sol with a technical stop on the way back.
