GENERAL CONDITIONS.
Organized by C.I.AN-29256-3 – VIAJES EUROAMERICA S.A. COMMERCIAL NAME VDT
1\u00b0 For the purposes of applicable regulations, only excursions lasting no more than twenty-four hours or not including an overnight stay, offered by the agency or planned at the request of the user, for a global price, shall be considered as excursions.
2\u00b0 The excursions organized by Viajes Euroamerica s.a. are subject to the present general conditions, and by the Decree 301\/2002, of December 17, 2002, of travel agencies and reservation centers, of the Consejer\u00eda de Comercio, Turismo y Deportes de la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda (Boja n\u00ba 150, of December 21, 2002), and other applicable dispositions.
3\u00b0 The visits and excursions included in this program include transportation by coach, entrance fees to monuments, and guide services. No extras are included.
4\u00b0 The prices, schedules and itineraries of the program may be modified by the organizer if circumstances so require, in which case customers may choose to accept the changes that occur, which will be reported before the start of the service, or request a partial refund.
5\u00b0 Once started the visit or excursion all components must accept and comply with the instructions of the tour leader (guide), who is sufficiently empowered to make any changes advised or imposed by the circumstances. The abandonment or separation of the group during the excursion, for causes not imputable to the Organization, supposes the loss of all right of total or partial claim to indemnification.
6\u00b0 When making collective trips, those composed by more than ten tourists, and for the time of duration of the same, the clients will have at their disposal one or more qualified people for their assistance and orientation, not being able to carry out these functions the drivers of the means of transport. When the excursions include visits to museums or properties listed in the General Catalog of Andalusian Historical Heritage, customers will receive the service of information on cultural, artistic, historical, natural and geographical
on such property by tourist guides of Andalusia, according to the geographical scope of their qualification.
7\u00b0 DOCUMENTATION: The ID card, identity card and passport, as personal documents, the responsibility for their possession, such as having it fully in order, is borne by the traveler. The organizer will provide advice and information without financial compensation or liability of any kind. If for any circumstance totally unrelated to the Organizer, the traveler is denied entry to any country for lack of legal requirements, the Organizer declines all responsibility, being borne by the traveler the expenses incurred, applying in these circumstances the conditions established for cancellations or
voluntary cancellations of services.
8\u00b0 CANCELLATIONS: Each of the contracted services has its own cancellation policy. Most of them allow the User to exercise his\/her right of withdrawal from the moment the reservation is made and up to 24 hours before the contracted services are carried out; It is important to take into account that, once this period has elapsed, the cancellation policy will be applied with less than 24 hours notice, not being possible the refund of the amount paid or the request for changes in the service. Failure to show up on the day and time stipulated in the contracted service will be considered for all purposes as a cancellation of the service “in situ” and consequently the cancellation policy will be applied with less than 24 hours notice which is 100% of expenses. For the excursion of Cordoba and Seville, 20\u20ac of expenses per person once the reservation is formalized. Granada 100% expenses from the moment the reservation is formalized and\/or the tickets to the Alhambra are purchased.<\/p>\n

The Agency may charge the ancillary expenses duly justified and the profit of the agency, legally authorized.
Extraordinarily Viajes Euroamerica may consider refunding the amount of the purchase in the following cases:
* Serious disruptions of service due to traffic cuts.
* Proven failures of our system.
<\/span>* Cancellation of the trip due to natural disasters that prevent the trip during the term of the purchase<\/span>.<\/p>\n

9\u00b0 Once the trip has begun, no refund shall be made for services not used. The Organization is not responsible for any delays that may occur in the maritime services nor for any extra expenses, out of program, organized, for any reason, in the excursions that are supported by that service.
10\u00b0 For the smooth running of the excursions, we kindly ask the clients to be at the departure point 10 minutes before the departure of each trip. The registration for these excursions closes the day before the trip.
11\u00b0 The published prices include VAT.
